The Proceedings of the 4^th International Conference Education Across Borders is an electronic publication for revised and extended papers presented at the Education Across Borders Conference in Florina, Greece, during 19-20October, 2018. All papers in the Proceedings correspond to the proposals submitted and accepted for the Education Across Borders 2018 Conference. All submitted proposals went through a blind review by two or three reviewers prior to being accepted to the Conference.
